01- Electronically File  Form W-2 for 2020.
15-  Furnish Forms 1099-B, 1099-S and certain Forms 1099-MISC to recipients.

15-  S Corporations: File Form 1120S for calendar year and pay any tax due. Furnish a copy of Sch. K-1 to each shareholder. File Form 2553 to elect S Corporation status beginning with calendar year 2020.

15-Partnerships: File Form 1065 and furnish a copy of Sch. K-1 to each partner.

April

15 – Individuals: File Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ. For automatic 6-month extension file Form 4868 and deposit estimated tax. Pay the first installment of 2021 estimated tax. Taxpayers who live in Maine or Massachusetts have until April 15, 2021 to file their returns.

15- C -Corporations: File 1120 for calendar year and pay any tax due.

15-Household Employers: File Sch. H with Form 1040 if you paid $2,100 or more to a household employee.

15-  File Form 1065 Extended Return.

15 – File Form 1120S-Corporations Extended Return.

15-  File Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ  Extended Return, if you timely requested a 6-month extension.

15- File Form 1120 C-Corporation Extended Return.

UPDATES:

• For Fiscal year filers the following changes include:
• Partnership and S Corporation is due on the 15th day of the third month.
• C-Corporation is due on the 15th day of the fourth month.
• Filers of Form 1065 will have a longer extension period, a maximum of 6 months.
• Filers of Form 1041 will have a maximum extension of five and half months.
• Annual Return /Report of Employees Benefit Plans will have a maximum automatic extension of three and a half months.
